Does piercing hurt?

Most piercings feel like a quick pinch lasting just a second or two. Most of our clients tell us, “That was much easier than I expected” or “It didn’t hurt at all.” You can feel confident that you are in the best possible hands.

Do I need to book more than one appointment if I want multiple piercings?

We can perform up to three piercings during a single appointment. Each appointment is reserved for one client only.

Will the ₪60 booking fee be deducted from the cost of my piercing?

Yes. Your appointment deposit secures your booking and will be deducted from the cost of your piercing when you visit our boutique.

What does a minor need to bring to the boutique for a piercing?

Every minor must bring their birth certificate and photographic identification. A parent named on the birth certificate must also be present and bring photographic identification.

How is the piercing performed?

All our piercings are performed using sterile, single-use surgical needles. The needles are exceptionally sharp, helping to make the piercing as quick and comfortable as possible. You will see us open the needle in front of you and dispose of it immediately after the procedure.

Should I use alcohol to clean my piercing?

Do not use any type of alcohol to clean your piercing. Alcohol can irritate the area and interfere with the healing process.

Should I rotate the jewellery while my piercing is healing?

Contrary to popular belief, it is best to avoid touching the jewellery while your piercing heals. We therefore do not recommend rotating it.

A piercing is a puncture wound that heals from the outside in. Unnecessary movement of the jewellery may damage newly formed tissue and delay the healing process.

Which types of ear piercings and placements are available?

We can pierce any part of the ear, provided that your ear anatomy is suitable. We offer helix, conch, lobe and tragus piercings, as well as other placements that are both aesthetically and anatomically appropriate.

How long should I wait before changing the jewellery?

Lobe piercings generally take approximately three to four months to heal, while cartilage piercings may take around one year to heal completely. We recommend waiting until the full healing process is complete before changing your jewellery. We will explain this in greater detail during your appointment.

What are our designs made from?

All our handcrafted designs are made from 14-karat rose, yellow or white gold, featuring cubic zirconia or semi-precious stones.

There are so many designs to choose from. Where do I begin?

Our collections are designed to mix and match beautifully—both with jewellery you already own and with other styles from the Myjools collection. We usually begin by selecting one hero piece and build the look around it.

Our in-store stylists can help you get started and create a personalised look just for you. If you live too far away to visit us, we also offer online styling consultations via Zoom.

How do I create the perfect ear stack?

We love breaking the old rules about matching gold tones and stones. It is all about finding the right balance to create a harmonious, beautifully considered combination.

We are happy to mix either different gold tones or different coloured stones—but recommend avoiding both at the same time. Keep the gold tone consistent when adding colourful stones, or choose clean, understated stones when mixing gold tones.

What are our standard necklace lengths?

Our necklaces are available in lengths of 42 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm. Our designs include a choice of length options as standard, allowing you to tailor your look to your personal preference.
